Hey everybody! How were the holidays? Full of tasty goodies? So was mine! Now, while I don’t encourage New Year’s resolutions (because I think it’s a big industry to get you to buy a bunch a exercise equipment you’ll never use after three weeks of purchasing) I do encourage healthy and nutritious living! One of the ways to stay healthy or get back to pre-holiday weight is to juice! There are tons of great benefits to juicing and it’s easy to “mix n match” what kind of ingredients you prefer.
